Maison Duravel consists of two floors and has a living area of 70 m².
You can walk straight into the garden via the small covered veranda at the front door. Several cozy terraces in the sun or covered in the shade. Can you see yourself sitting under the veranda at the end of the day with a glass of good French wine and a piece of cheese?
On the ground floor you will find a very spacious bedroom with sink. A beautiful spacious bright bedroom with large patio doors. A sturdy back wall with bedside tables and reading lamps, everything has been thought of. Bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. On the first floor you will find the living room with open kitchen. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped. A real French country kitchen with a cozy dining table and chairs. While one is cooking, the other can sit comfortably. A beautiful large black gas stove with electric oven to prepare the tastiest dishes. The granite countertop provides sufficient work space and you can look out into the garden from the kitchen window. From the kitchen you can walk directly onto the small covered veranda at the front door. Truly such a special place for your first cup of coffee in the morning. 2nd bedroom with sink, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The bedrooms have wonderful box-spring beds. The beautiful contemporary bathroom is located next to the living room. Through a beautiful oak sliding door you enter the bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and toilet.

Maison Duravel is not only located in a nice French picturesque village, but also centrally located in the beautiful surroundings of the Lot, just on the edge of the Lot-et-Garonne. Places such as Rocamadour, Sarlat, Villeneuve-sur-Lot are easy to drive to. The nice thing is that you can walk or cycle from your holiday home to the Lot river (3 km). You can go canoeing or visit one of the various caves. It is the perfect base to discover the region on foot, by bike or by car. The Cahors region is of course known for its wine and wineries to visit, taste and have a nice bite to eat in the evening.
