Maison Etienne is a large holiday home for 12 people in the Dordogne with a large private swimming pool and a wonderful pool house. The garden is completely fenced, ideal for a holiday with small children and dogs. There are several terraces where you can enjoy. The holiday home is located just a few km away from the beautiful town of Montignac where the world famous caves of Lascaux are located. The house is wonderfully spacious and comfortably furnished.
Description
Via the entrance is a large living room with beautiful fireplace, dining area and partly open kitchen. Both the living room and the kitchen have direct access to the terrace with the swimming pool. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom (11m2) with a double bed with patio doors and a bathroom with shower.
1st floor
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, the 3rd is a large children's room with 5 single beds and finally there is a bathroom with bath and shower, toilet and a room with a desk.

Maison Etienne has a large, fully fenced garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. The large private swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters is fenced so that your small children are not at risk. There is also a pool house with a covered terrace which is ideal for the warmer days.
There are several large supermarkets for daily shopping in Terrasson or Montignac. These 2 large places are a few kilometers away (shops, supermarkets, restaurants and weekly markets). Maison Etienne is ideally located to explore the caves of Lascaux or the beautiful Vézère valley. There are also good connections to the heart of the Dordogne with its beautiful rivers Vézère and Dordogne and places like Sarlat, Domme, Les Eyzies. There you will find attractions such as canoeing on the rivers, beautiful castles, beautiful villages etc. There are 6 golf courses within a radius of 50 kilometers!
