From the garden and on pool level opens the patio doors into a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The beautifully kitchen with island is fully equipped with two integrated ovens, induction hob, wine refrigerator, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. A dining area with a wooden table. A comfortable lounge area with large flat screen TV and a sofa. Access to the large terrace and pool. Ideal for serving al fresco meals under the pergola! A bathroom with shower, double sink and a toilet and a laundry room with washer, dryer, sink, iron and ironing board. There is air conditioning in the lounge!
A staircase leads to the first floor with a long corridor, there is a large living room with fireplace, comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, a table and chairs. The windows offer magnificent views of Domme and the large garden with swimming pool. A French door opens onto a raised terrace with the same stunning views. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs.
Bedroom 1: double bedroom with a large double bed (160cm wide), bedside tables and wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: large double bed (160cm) and a door to the garden. There is a large built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Has a large double bed (160cm) overlooks the side garden and has large built in wardrobes.

A spacious bathroom with bath, shower and large vanity unit.
A separate toilet completes this floor.
Another staircase leads to the upper floor. This floor is a paradise for the younger guests. A spacious game room with a sofa, plenty of toys and even a large flat-screen TV and X-box video game.
Bedroom 5: A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
Bedroom 6: Has four single beds.
An independent bathroom with shower, sink and toilet completes this floor.

A large terrace, complete with table and chairs and direct access to the kitchen and is ideal for long leisurely lunch in the shade of the pergola. There is also a seating area, perfect for an evening aperitif! A beautiful newly built swimming pool and is heated from May till September. The pool has a jacuzzi section and solar shower, and is equipped with a submerged alarm for the safety of the youngest visitors. The large garden is fully fenced and consists of woods and lawns. Ideal for ball games and a play area with petanque, badminton net and table tennis. On site there is space for up to 4 cars.

The owner prefers the rental to families with (young) children or groups of people older than 30 years.

Flexible the rest of the year
The shops ( 2 bakeries, butcher, chemist), a supermarket and good restaurants (local and exotic food (Thai )) and a nice weekly market in Cénac are at 1km from the house.
You can access the Dordogne river at 1.5km from the house. The beach is equipped for you with canoe rentals, swimming, picknick areas, snacks, games for kids.
The famous bastide of Domme is 2km and Sarlat is 15km from the house.
Within the area there are many historical chateaux (Castlenaud, Beynac, Les Milandes, etc), the caves at Les Eyzies and museums of pre-historic life in the Region.
Activities
Canoeing, horse riding, swimming, walking cycling, tennis. For hikers, the French GR64 passes the front door, and offers a very pleasant walk to Castlenaud.
