Maison La Crout de Belves is a former farmhouse that has been converted into a beautiful holiday home with a large covered private swimming pool and it is not far away from the monumental village of Belves. The perfect place to escape in the Golden Triangle of the Dordogne!

The house is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with a sofa, coffee table and large flat screen TV. The spacious country kitchen is fully equipped and comes complete with dishwasher, gas stove, fridge / freezer and all the usual culinary equipment you would expect. The wooden farm table is perfect for indoor dining.
There are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 are located on the ground floor. They are both double bedrooms. They are both equipped with a king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps and a large wardrobe. Both bedrooms are equipped with a large shower room with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Bedroom 3 is on the first floor and is furnished as a loft and offers 4 single beds. In addition, there is a large bathroom with a bath, sink and toilet.
Barn

The adjacent stone barn is the area where you will stay the most! The open living room of 60 m² offers a living room with sofas, armchairs, coffee table and a beautiful dining area with large wooden table and a bar, ideal for an aperitif. Three large glass windows lead to the private covered pool with sun loungers. The telescopic roof can be opened in summer. As soon as the telescopic roof is closed and at night, the roof keeps the heat inside.

Maison La Crout de Belves has a large grass garden, surrounded by meadows and forests, and offers enough space for ball games and old trees to relax under. Between the barn and the house is the beautiful terrace with a large garden table and chairs and charcoal built-in barbecue for outdoor summer dinners. There is parking space for up to 3 cars. And everywhere you can enjoy a beautiful view over the rolling landscape.
Changeover day is Saturday in July (minimum 7 days) and in August (minimum 14 days) / Flexible in mid season (minimum 4 days)
Located at the crossroads of the Dorodgne Valley (Sarlat, the beautiful villages of Beynac, La Roque Gageac, Domme) and the Vezere Valley (troglodyte sites, Les Eyzies international prehistoric museum ...) It is the ideal starting point for exploring from the Black Perigord, with all major tourist sites within a radius of 30 km.
The house is located only 2 km from the listed village of Belves. Voted "one of the most beautiful villages in France", you will find all necessary shops, supermarkets, colorful weekly markets, bars and restaurants.
The Olivarie golf course (18 holes) and the Forge (9 holes) are only 6 km away
