Maison Lacapelle consists of three living levels

On the ground floor (vineyard level) you will find a large living room with a wood stove in the fireplace. You have direct access to the terraces. There is a very well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob with extractor hood and also from the kitchen you have access to the terrace

Maison Lacapelle is a large holiday home with a modern and cosy interior and has two terraces, one facing west where you can enjoy the sunset and which offers you shelter during hot summer days, and one facing east, with a view of the vineyards, ideal for lunches when the sun is already hot. You can also enjoy the private swimming pool of 8x4 meters and 140cm deep with stairs (3 steps). Via a path on the edge of the property you can walk to the village of Lacapelle Cabanac (30 minutes walk).

Maison Lacapelle is located in the countryside with no direct neighbours. A quiet location to really relax… Access to the river Lot (1.5 km as the crow flies) for swimming, canoeing or paddling. There is plenty to do: motorboating or kayaking on the Lot; markets for local products, antiques; fishing; tennis… on special rainy days there are castles to visit, museums, fortified churches and much more. If you prefer simple relaxation, there is nothing better than settling down by the pool with a glass of local wine, which you can purchase by visiting one of the local vineyards. The Lot Valley is covered with vines and fields of sunflowers, dotted with pretty villages and crisscrossed with small, winding country lanes.
