You will find Maison Le Merle in an old wine farm. This beautiful holiday home is suitable for 7 people and is located on a small domaine with swimming pool, playground and trampoline. The area is rural with forests, hills and many characteristic villages. In addition, there are many activities and sights in the immediate area.

Description
Maison Le Merle is a holiday home for 7 people in the Dordogne. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with dining area and sitting area, equipped with a TV with satellite reception. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, extractor hood, combination microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (including a shower, sink and toilet).

 

On the 1st Floor you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds. The 2nd bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.

Outside
There is an enclosed outdoor terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. There is a park-like garden, in which there is a lovely swimming pool (13x6m) and many play equipment for young and old. There is a petanque court, badminton, ping-pong table, basketball, swings. The domaine is small-scale. There is plenty of peace and quiet, but on the other hand there are always enough playmates for the children.

Voldoet aan mijn verwachtingen. Aparte bedden, volledig uitgeruste accommodatie, te voet, garage in de accommodatie, opnieuw ingericht, zeer vriendelijke eigenaar, zeer goed gelegen naast vele toeristische punten, over mooi en rustig. Goed verblijf.

sehr angenehme Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen
Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal dort. Auch diesmal war wieder alles bestens, vor allem der kurze Weg zur Dordogne (baden und Kanu- Verleih) - ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß.

Appartement in het mooiste deel van de Dordogne.
Pluspunten · De ligging.
Op een geweldige plek tussen alle mooie kastelen en bezienswaardigheden ligt deze accommodatie. Bij de accommodatie ook veel ruimte. Een prachtige ruime parkachtige tuin met heerlijk zwembad.
De eigenaren Connie en Ruud zijn ook heel gastvrij. Wij komen zeker terug!

De locatie is top. Midden tussen alle bezienswaardigheden.
Heerlijk rustige plek om bij te komen van de toeristische drukte.
Lekker zwembad om af te koelen.
We dachten dat er handdoeken bij de accommodatie zouden zijn, bleek niet zo te zijn, maar deze kregen we te leen van eigenaresse.
