With a total area of +/- 110 m², spread over 3 levels, Maison Le Rudou offers on the ground floor:
A bright and light open plan kitchen which is very well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, and much more. The long wooden table seats 6 people and is ideal for indoor dining. On the other side of the room you will find the living room with exposed stone walls and exposed beams and is attractively furnished with two sofas, an armchair, bookshelves, coffee table and large flat screen TV. The wood-burning stove is ideal for the coldest evenings.
The two glass windows lead to the very romantic terrace at the front of the villa.
The wooden staircase, worn over the years, leads to the landing on the first floor where the first two bedrooms are located:
To the right is the master bedroom, bathed in light, with a king-size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a large wardrobe, a small desk and two comfortable armchairs.
Like all bedrooms it has fantastic views over the valley below.
On the other side of the landing, the bedroom has two 90cm wide single beds, a large wardrobe and a vintage chair. These 2 bedrooms share a family bathroom with a bath, basin and WC.
The two other bedrooms are located on the upper floor:
The 3rd bedroom offers a single bed, bedside table, lamp and a chest of drawers
The last bedroom offers the same equipment and also has a single bed with a desk and a small TV screen.
Both bedrooms share a shower room with a shower cubicle and wash basin. There is also a separate toilet on this upper floor.

Despite the fact that the house is extremely charming and well equipped, it is outside that you will appreciate the "magic" of the house.
From breakfasts to dinners at the stars, you won't get tired of the view over the valley, comfortably installed on the terrace with table and chairs, and a large Weber bbq, perfect for preparing delicious meals! You overlook the beautiful private pool which benefits from the sun all day long. It measures 9m x 5m and is secured by a hard cover which also helps to retain heat at night. It is equipped with sun loungers and parasols for lazy afternoons. The romantic garden is built on several terraces, but there are also lawns, wild flowers and ancient trees, which encourage relaxing and dreamy moments. A table tennis table is available for additional entertainment. Maison Le Rudou has private parking for 2 to 3 cars on site. And don't forget that you can enjoy a panoramic view of the valley from everywhere.

Maison Le Rudou is built on a hill, the garden consists of different levels and terraces. Unfortunately, not all of the high stone walls have railings, which could be dangerous for young children.
During the high season, preference is given to a rental of two consecutive weeks. Single weeks will be accepted as soon as they appear.
Located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, Maison Le Rudou is the ideal base to explore both the Dordogne and Vezere valleys.
The pleasant village of St Cyprien has a market twice a week in the summer and you will find various shops, restaurants and the village is only 2 km away. Towards Sarlat, 4 km away, is the village of Beynac, declared "one of the most beautiful villages in France". Sarlat, the "architectural jewel" of the Black Perigord is only 15 km east (famous market every Saturday)
