You enter through the open kitchen with living room. The living room is comfortably furnished. In the middle of the room, between the kitchen and the living room, there is a wood-burning stove. Wonderful for the cooler evenings in spring and autumn. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is air conditioning on the ground floor.

Maison Leobard has a terrace on all sides of the house. On the side of the kitchen is a large terrace with a dining table and space for everyone in the shade. Through the French doors in the living room you reach a terrace with lounge set. A path leads to the large swimming pool where there are plenty of sun loungers. Here you can enjoy the garden and the view of the beautiful surroundings.
It is the ideal place to visit the many tourist destinations in the region. You can take long walks and bike rides here and visit nice villages. Salviac, Gourdon, Payrignac and Saint-Martial-de-Nabirat are all within a 10 km drive.
