Maison Manaurie is a stylish architect's house, located in the heart of a mature garden, on the edge of the large lively village of Le Bugue, on the banks of the Vézère.

Maison Manaurie has a living area of 110m² and offers a large living room on the ground floor with lots of light. The living room is divided into 3 areas. There is a sitting area with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, flat screen TV, books. A dining area with wooden table, six chairs, sideboard. The fully equipped open kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a generous number of cooking utensils is the place where you can prepare the most delicious meals with the good products of the Périgord. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room with laundry room.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed of 140 cm wide, chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe. The large window offers panoramic views of the garden. Bedroom 2 can be reached via the dining room. Bedroom 2 is also equipped with a double bed 140 cm wide and built-in wardrobe. Adjacent, the bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washbasin. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.
From the lounge the stairs lead up to a large mezzanine with a third double bed and entertainment with board games and TV screen.
Outside
Maison Manaurie is located in an attractive garden of more than 5000 m². There is a large wooden terrace with pergola and garden furniture and the beautiful private swimming pool is the place where you will find absolute peace and relaxation. There are several places that are very suitable for ball games and the age-old trees provide plenty of shade. The swimming pool is completely private and for your own use only. With a size of 9x4.5m and a depth of 140 cm (flat bottom). The swimming pool is secured with an alarm and equipped with sun loungers and parasol. At the front of the house there is room for two cars in the carport. For extra entertainment there is a tennis table.
Changeover day is flexible. 4 nights min. in mid season, 7 nights in July and august.
Maison Manaurie is located in a quiet area of the market town of Le Bugue with all the local shops, colored markets, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The Vezere River, where you can go kayaking, and the city center are just 2.5 km away.
You can easily walk to many family tourist attractions such as Le Village du Bournat (an amusement park that showcases quintessential old France), one of France's largest private freshwater aquariums, the Alligator Park where you can feed baby alligators, a 'Prehistoric Labyrinth' and much more!
Located in the Golden Dordogne Triangle, Le Bugue is the ideal place to explore the surrounding area, and both the Dordogne Valley (the medieval town of Sarlat, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, with no fewer than 5 villages declared a of the most beautiful villages in France, hundreds of castles, including those of Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes, the most famous of which, but also gardens, colored markets, brocantes, canoe trips...) and the Vezere Valley (Les Eyzies, capital of Prehistory, La Roque St. Christophe, St Léon su Vezee, the fond de Gaume caves, Lascaux) so much to see and visit in the immediate area!
