From the garden a staircase leads to the first floor with a large bright room with a bay window overlooking the large terrace and several windows. There is a pleasant living room around the fireplace with a corner sofa, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. The dining area has a table and six chairs. The pearl of the house is the open kitchen with wall cupboards and base cabinets, a bar with six bar stools, Electric oven, four ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room with a fridge / freezer and a washing machine. A door opens to the garden.
From the living room a staircase leads to the second floor with 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king-size double bed (160 cm), built-in wardrobe, closet, bedside tables and lamps. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, a wardrobe and a television. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet.
From the living room a staircase leads to the lower garden level of the house. There is a hall with an entrance door to the garden.
Bedroom 3 has a kingsized bed (160 cm), a wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps. Bedroom four has two single beds, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps. On this floor is a shower room with a sink, a towel rack and a toilet.

Maison Roc Laumier has a spacious garden of 1200 m² and is fenced with an automatic gate. Ideal for the safety of young guests and four-legged friends. On the first floor, the large terrace is furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers. Ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing in the region. There is room for several cars in the garden.
Changeover day is flexible, 4 days in Mid season / 7 days in July / 10 days in August
Conveniently situated close to the historic centre of Sarlat la Canéda to discover the architectural treasures of this mediaeval town, classed as a Unesco world heritage site. Leave your car in one of the car parks and wander through the narrow streets of the old town with its beautiful architectural heritage. Good restaurants and shops, summer street entertainment, superb Wednesday and Saturday morning markets will delight you.
The jewels of the Périgord, within a radius of 30km, are easily accessible by car. The Dordogne offers you a magnificent playground of river beaches, canoe trips, commented boat rides... and why not spoil yourselves with a balloon ride over the region. An unforgetable holiday !
