Maison Sabine has a spacious living room with leather couch, two armchairs, a coffee table and a chimney. The dining room has a large dining table with 6 chairs. The lounge has three large French doors giving access to the terrace at the front and the covered terrace on the east. The open kitchen is very well furnished and equipped with a fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven and microwave. In the utility room is a laundry room with sink, another fridge / freezer, a washing machine, an ironing board and iron. There is a separate toilet and is available on the ground floor. There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor. the 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The 3rd bedroom has two single beds and a chest of drawers. This 2 bedroom share a shower room with a shower cabin, a sink and a toilet. The master bedroom is adjoining a bathroom, with a sink and a corner bath. The house has an efficient heating and is also comfortable in winter.

Maison Sabine has a large private garden of more than 1600m² and is completely fenced. There is a large lawn at the front of the house and a large parking area and a gate. The two terraces are at the front of the house. The smallest is covered and equipped with a round table and 4 chairs. An ideal place to have breakfast. The largest terrace is double doors between the kitchen and the living room. The terrace is furnished with a large table and 6 chairs. There is a built-in barbecue for your use. The private pool measures 5m x 11m and is 140cm deep. It is secured with a sunken alarm. It is heated from May to September and is equipped with sun loungers and a parasol. A table tennis table and a swing are available for the little ones to enjoy. There is a parking space for up to 4 cars and a garage for a car.
In the high season, the preference is for a rental of two consecutive weeks
