Maison Saint Cyprien is spread over two floors and offers on the ground floor a large living room that is elegantly furnished with two sofas, armchairs, coffee table, dresser, television and internet. A dining area with a beautiful oval wooden table and six chairs. A kitchen that, although small, is perfectly equipped to prepare the good products from the Périgord that are brought from the nearby market.
From the living room, the wooden staircase leads to the first floor where there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:
Bedroom 1 offers a double bed of 160 cm wide, a large storage cupboard and cupboard space. This room has an en-suite bathroom with bathroom furniture and tiled shower.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds of 90 cm wide, a beautiful wooden wardrobe and a small desk.
Bedroom 3 also has two single beds of 90 cm wide and a wardrobe.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a very beautiful bathroom, completely renovated, with double washbasin, tiled walk-in shower and toilet.
At the end of the hallway is the last bedroom. It is furnished with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, bedside tables, a storage cupboard/wardrobe and a chest of drawers with an ensuite bathroom with bathroom furniture and walk-in shower and separate toilet.
For small children, two travel cots with a thick mattress, two high chairs and even a modern pushchair are available on prior request.

Maison Saint Cyprien has a vast garden of over 4,000 m² and offers a huge lawn, perfect for ball games and several areas where you can enjoy a good book or relax in the shade of the ancient willow and on the banks of the stream that meanders along the garden. The covered terrace at the front of the house is equipped with a table and 8 seats so that you can have lunch outside; and elegant garden furniture, perfect for long aperitifs! At the heart of the large garden and around the pool, the summer kitchen offers another dining area, very cool, while little swimmers are kept under supervision. A charcoal barbecue is at your disposal. The beautiful 12 x 6 meter swimming pool is ideal for long, lazy afternoons. Equipped with 8 sun loungers and parasols, secured with an underwater alarm and maintained daily. There is a private parking space for three vehicles.

The house is adjacent to that of the welcoming but very discreet owners. The house, garden and pool are completely private and there is no view of your property, so nothing can disturb your peace of mind.
Changeover day is Saturday in July (minimum 7 days) and in August (minimum 14 days) / Flexible in mid season (minimum 4 days)
The house is located just 800m from the centre of the village of St Cyprien. Shops, restaurants, cash machines, wine shop and large market on Sunday morning in the village. Supermarket and petrol station at =/- 2 km. Saint Cyprien is a picturesque medieval town that will certainly charm you. The town is the crossroads where many tourist routes come together. The Perigord Noir is famous for its castles, caves, rivers, prehistory and medieval towns such as Montignac, Font-de-Gaume, les Eyzies-de-Tayac (Prehistoric Capital) la Roque-Saint-Christophe, le Bugue, Limeuil, Terrasson, Saint-Cyprien and Sarlat. You are close to everything. The Dordogne River is 1.5 km away, Sarlat is 20 km away.

Tennis courts 800 m away, golf in Lolivarie in Siorac-en-Périgord (7 km), go-karts in Saint-Geniès, boat trips in the valley of the five castles, mountain biking, canoeing and kayaking in the valley of prehistory, the Campagnac goose farm, the Jacquou amusement park and you can swim at the beach of St Cyprien.
