Maison Saint-Germain is located not far from the picturesque village of Saint-Germain-de-Belves, in the heart of the Black Perigord and close to all the tourist attractions of the Dordogne.

Maison Saint-Germain has a large living room of 35m² bathed in light with a comfortable seating area, elegantly furnished with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, flat screen TV, arranged around the wood stove installed in the large fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area offers a large table, six chairs and a sideboard. The semi-open kitchen is particularly well equipped and offers all the appliances, including a large cooking stove, to prepare the good Périgord products brought from the nearby markets.
There are 3 beautiful bedrooms, one with a panoramic terrace, and two tiled bathrooms. Located at the end of the hallway you will find a very quiet 1st bedroom of 13m² on the ground floor. This room offers a large double bed (160cmx200cm), two bedside tables and a large wooden wardrobe. Adjacent you will find the family bathroom with a bath with shower screen and a sink. There is a separate toilet.
From the hallway the beautiful wooden stairs lead to the first floor. There you will find the other bedrooms.
Bedroom 2 is very spacious (25m²) and offers a private terrace with panoramic views over the pool, garden and valley below.
The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (160 x 200 cm), two bedside tables and two chests of drawers. The single bed can accommodate an additional guest.
On the other side of the landing is Bedroom 3 (12m²) with two single beds (which can be put together to form a very large double bed), two bedside tables and a wardrobe/cupboard. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a shower room with tiled shower, sink and toilet.
The laundry room with sink, washing machine and ironing set is accessible in the garage on the ground floor.
Outside
Maison Saint-Germain enjoys a flowery and wooded garden, inviting you to daydream and do nothing... Near the swimming pool, the enormous lawn is perfect for ball games. The terrace that runs along the facade and is drowned by wisteria has a first dining area, perfect for breakfast and aperitif in the evening. In the hottest part of the day you can enjoy the second terrace under the pergola, near the swimming pool. You have a beautiful panoramic terrace on the first floor with garden furniture. The beautiful 10mx5m swimming pool is ideal for long lazy afternoons once you return from the many excursions that the immediate area offers. Equipped with sun loungers and parasols, it offers perfect security for young holidaymakers thanks to its submerged electric roller shutter. Private parking for two to three cars at the front of the property and closed garage for one car.

Saint-Germain de Belves is a beautiful small village typical of the Périgord Noir, in the heart of the Dordogne and the tourist hotspots of the region.
It is ideally located to reach the tourist sites of the three valleys:
-the Dordogne Valley, with its villages perched on the cliffs and Sarlat la Canéda, a medieval jewel of the Périgord Noir.
- the Allée de la Vezère with its prehistoric sites and the Eyzies, the world capital of prehistory.
- and the Nauze Valley with its medieval bastides that are among the most beautiful villages in France, such as Belves 5 km, Monpazier, Villefranche and Biron...
