St Laurent la Vallee is a beautiful holiday home and is full of character with stone walls, original fireplace and exposed beams. It offers a peaceful holiday destination, ideal for a family with its huge garden and walnut groves. St Laurent la Vallee has been recently renovated with great attention to detail and offers perfect accommodation for up to 8 guests.
On the ground floor you will find a large entrance hall, a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and an extra fridge. A separate toilet completes this floor.
The stairs lead to the middle floor and there you will find a cosy living room has a fireplace, a sofa, armchairs, a flat screen TV. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer and all the usual cooking appliances you would expect. The dining room offers lovely views of the garden and there is a solid wooden dining table and 8 chairs.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area
There are 4 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a large double bed (160x200), views over the garden and pool and storage space. The room has an ensuite bathroom with bath, separate shower and double sinks
Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom (140x200) with wardrobe and the same views over the back garden and pool.
Bedroom 3 offers two single beds that can be made into one large double bed
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a shower room with walk-in shower and sink. There is a separate toilet on this floor.
From the living room another wooden staircase leads to the third floor, nestled under the eaves. There is a mezzanine with a play area and a desk. Bedroom 4 is also a double bedroom (140x200) with an ensuite shower room. Also on this floor you will find a separate toilet.

St Laurent la Vallee has a terrace which is situated behind the house, accessible via the living room and the kitchen, it is equipped with a pergola, table and chairs and barbecue. The private swimming pool (8m x 4m and a depth of 1m30) is secured with an electric cover. From the pool you have a wonderful view over the surrounding countryside! There are sun loungers and parasols. The large garden of over 2000m² has lawns and is ideal for ball games. There is a covered parking space for two cars in front of the house.
St Laurent la Vallee is reached via a long country road and is situated in a very rural area. Nowhere will you find a quieter spot, far away from the hustle and bustle, where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday. Although you may feel you are far from the hustle and bustle, the house is only 2km from the pretty village of St Laurent la Vallée with its supermarket and restaurant; and 6km from the village of St Pompon. In the village you will find a bakery, a mini market, a chemist and a post office. Within a radius of 25km you will find all the main tourist attractions of the Dordogne.
