The spacious living room has a fireplace and open, fully equipped kitchen and sliding doors that give access to a shaded veranda and a sunny, enclosed garden with greenery. The bedroom also offers access to the garden through sliding doors.
The spacious bedroom has an adjustable double bed (headboard and footboard) and plenty of cupboard space and a wheelchair-friendly sanitary room with open shower, washbasin wall and adapted toilet.

Adjacent to the veranda you will find a storage room with washing machine and dryer. Under the veranda you can enjoy a barbecue on the stone barbecue and the garden offers all the sun and play fun you could wish for.
You can park your car in front of the apartment in a reserved parking lot.
The holiday park has 2 swimming pools (the indoor pool 12x3m and the open-air pool 12x5m), one of which is especially for toddlers, and offers numerous facilities and areas for sports and games. The luxury houses and apartments are fully furnished and accessible to wheelchair users. The holiday homes are suitable for couples and families. The children will have a great time in the playground and swimming pool, where parents can enjoy the beautiful surroundings and sights. The castles of Castelnaud, Beynac, Milandes (Josephine Baker) and Marqueyssac (with gardens) are all within cycling distance of Parc Les Marrons. By car 5 to 10 minutes (Beynac). Castelnaud Castle is a real experience for children. Knights come to life there.
