Just outside the beautiful medieval village of Saint-Cyprien you will find Maison Tours. It is the perfect place for a wonderful holiday in the Dordogne for 11 people with a private heated pool. Maison Tours is located on a hill but is only 800 meters from the shops, restaurants and the fantastic Sunday market of the village.

Maison Tours offers on the ground floor:
A beautiful living room of more than 45 m² and thanks to the 4 large windows you have a lot of light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The room is divided into two areas:
A comfortable sitting area, with a large corner sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a desk. Large flat screen TV, Hifi and internet are available. Board games, many books and games for children are also available to our guests.
A dining area with a buffet, wooden table and ten chairs.
The perfectly equipped kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, robot mixer.
From the living room, the hallway leads to the first sleeping area.
There are 5 bedrooms in total
Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom which is particularly spacious and is furnished with a large double bed of 160 cm wide
Bedroom 2 is a family room with a double bed and a single bed.
These 2 rooms share a shower room which is accessible from both sides, with a walk-in shower and a washbasin unit.
At the end of the hallway, and preceded by a large dressing room, you will find bedroom 3 with a large double bed of 160 cm, chest of drawers and a bathroom with washbasin unit, bath and tiled walk-in shower.
Each room has a patio door overlooking the garden.
A separate toilet with washbasin completes this floor
The second sleeping area is located on the first floor, accessed via the large spiral staircase.
Bedroom 4 is a double bedroom with a 140 cm wide bed a small corner cupboard and storage shelves. The bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a washbasin unit, a tiled walk-in shower and toilet. Bedroom 4 is connected to bedroom 5 and is a small children's room with bunk beds and toys. So you have to cross bedroom 4 and the bathroom to get to bedroom 5
The laundry room, with washing machine, ironing board, iron and second fridge/freezer is accessible in the garage.

The large garden of 2000 m² offers beautiful lawns and a play area with swing and small slide, for the fun of the little ones. At the dining room, the terrace is furnished with a large extendable table, allowing 12 people to easily have lunch and dinner outside. A large Weber barbecue (charcoal) is at your disposal. The beautiful 11x5m swimming pool with steps is completely private and equipped with sun loungers and parasols. For the comfort of our guests, the pool is heated from May to September. Equipped with a barrier that prevents access for little ones, safety is optimal. You can easily park 4 to 5 vehicles on the property. In the garage you can store bicycles and motorcycles. And from everywhere you have a stunning view over the hills (please note that access to the roof terrace is not permitted for safety reasons).

Maison Tours is located near the medieval village of Saint-Cyprien, on the banks of the Dordogne river, in the heart of the Périgord Noir. Thanks to its strategic geographical location, at the crossroads of the Dordogne and Vézère valleys, Saint-Cyprien is the ideal starting point to discover the tourist attractions of the Dordogne: the castles of Beynac, Castelnaud, Milandes, the protected villages of Domme, La Roque Gageac, Belves, the beautiful medieval town of Sarlat, the jewels of the Black Perigord classified by UNESCO, the caves of Lascaux, Proumeyssac... there is so much to see and do in the immediate vicinity.
All local shops, including an excellent bakery/patisserie and the fantastic Sunday morning market, a real feast for the senses, where stalls are full of fresh local produce and Périgord specialities are less than 800 metres from the house
