On the ground floor, two independent bedrooms and their bathrooms offer you the opportunity to swim in the morning or late without disturbing the others. On the first floor you will find the other two bedrooms. These bedrooms have air conditioning and wooden partitions. The modest stone external staircase leads to the equipped kitchen, the dining room and the comfortable living room (with a screen by the fireplace.)

Crossing the cool barn you arrive at the large heated swimming pool with a spacious tiled terrace, the pool is sheltered against the old walls. In the evening, a swimming pool cover ensures that the water remains nice and warm. The enclosed garden and enclosed courtyard guarantee peace and security in this charming hamlet. The enormous garden is partly well fenced (dog-proof) with a beautiful new heated swimming pool where you can all enjoy. Ideal for children to play in or for your dog(s) to enjoy complete freedom.
Ideal for walking or cycling (2 bicycles available on site), the many nearby trails will allow you to explore the charming countryside and characteristic forests of the Périgord! You can canoe on the Auvézère River (4 km away). The Tourtoirac Cave and the Hautefort Castle reveal their treasures to you! Just 5 km away, the picturesque town of Hautefort will also meet your culinary expectations with its local beer brewery, restaurants, bakery, local markets and supermarket.
