With a total surface area of more than 160m², Maison Veyrines offers on the ground floor a large entrance with coat rack and mirror.
The large living room is over 60 m², bathed in light thanks to the two bay windows. The living room is equipped with a sofa, three armchairs, coffee table, furniture and flat screen TV. The large dining room has a long modern table, sixteen seats and a chest of drawers.
The kitchen is connected to the living room by the bar and is fully equipped. The household appliances are new and of high quality. There is also a laundry room with sink, washing machine and second large fridge with freezer compartment.
There are 6 bedrooms.
The first bedroom is located in the extension of the dining room, very quiet with its small separating hall/corridor.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160cmx200cm), two bedside tables, a wardrobe and shelves and a small desk. Through the glass door you have access to the main terrace.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160cmx200cm), two bedside tables, a wardrobe and shelves and a desk. A beautiful modern bathroom with washbasin, walk-in shower and toilet completes this first sleeping area.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed (160cmx200cm) and is also located on the ground floor, but is located on the other side of the house and is accessible via the hall. Through the glass door in the room you have direct access to the terrace. It has a beautiful private bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin. A separate toilet completes this floor.
The third sleeping area is located on the upper floor and is accessible via the beautiful wooden staircase at the entrance. It offers:

Maison Veyrines has a large garden and consists of a beautiful open space where children can go on 'adventures', build huts and play on the swing or trampoline. Maison Veyrines has 2 beautiful terraces, where you can have lunch together and relax in the garden furniture. The first terrace is at the front of the house, with garden table and chairs, awning and small garden furniture
The second terrace is located between the house and the swimming pool, also equipped with a large garden table and chairs, a comfortable summer lounge and several parasols. A gas plancha is at your disposal. The beautiful swimming pool, which is of course reserved exclusively for your use, is completely fenced and offers optimum safety for young holidaymakers.
It is 10 x 5 metres in size and 2 metres deep. It is equipped with sun loungers and parasols and promises wonderful moments of relaxation.
There is also an outdoor shower and a relaxation bench.
Parking for 4 cars in front of the house. For the comfort of our guests, a charging station for electric vehicles is available.
The villa is situated on the edge of the small picturesque village of Veyrines de Domme, reached by a winding road from the D53. The house is situated on the south side of the Dordogne river and is equidistant from two convenient bridges that cross the river at Allas-les-Mines and Castelnaud. It is therefore ideally situated for exploring the Dordogne river valley and the Vézère valley.
The famous Sarlat, "jewel of the Black Périgord", the listed village of Castelnaud, Domme, La Roque Gageac, Beynac, all voted "one of the most beautiful villages in France" are within a radius of 15 km.
Canoeing, horse riding, swimming in the Dordogne river, walking, hot air ballooning, golf ... there is so much to do and see in the immediate area!
