On the edge of a small hamlet and close to the Dordogne you will find Maison Vezac. A spacious and comfortable holiday home for 9 people and is situated in a beautiful landscape in the heart of the Périgord Noir in the Dordogne.
When you return from your daily excursions or activities in the immediate vicinity, you will enjoy the beautiful enclosed garden, the large private swimming pool and the summer lounge where you can share wonderful moments with your family or friends.
Changeover day is flexible in June (minimum 4 days) / Saturday in July (minimum 7 days) and in August (14 days)

Maison Vezac is spread over two floors and offers on the ground floor an entrance hall with built-in wardrobe. A spacious living room with patio doors that give you plenty of light. The comfortable sitting area has two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, a TV cabinet and a flat-screen TV and a desk. The dining area has a large wooden table, 8 chairs and a chest of drawers. The adjoining modern kitchen is perfectly equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, plenty of crockery and cooking utensils.
On the other side of the hall, and therefore very quietly situated, is the first sleeping area.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a large double bed of 180 x 200 cm and a wardrobe and is located on the other side of the hall on the ground floor. Adjacent is the first bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet.
The sleeping area continues to the upper floor, accessible via the large wooden staircase. There you will find:
Bedroom 2 with a large double bed of 160 x 200 cm and a wardrobe
Bedroom 3 also has a large double bed of 160 x 200 cm and a wardrobe/wardrobe
Bedroom 4 is ideal for children with a double bed of 140 x 190 cm and a single bed of 90 x 190 cm and a wardrobe. These rooms share a bathroom with bath with shower screen, sink and toilet completes this floor.

The large garden of more than 2000m² consists of a large flat and grassy area, ideal for playing football and the garden has high hedges for complete privacy. The beautiful terrace overlooking the pool allows you to keep the children under control while dining outside. The gazebo is ideal during the hot summer days. The very comfortable summer lounge is also protected from the sun. With its sofas, armchairs and coffee table, this is the ideal place to enjoy a nap or to have a glass (or two!) of Pécharmant or Monbazillac with an aperitif. The icing on the cake is the private swimming pool of 10x5m, ideal for a pleasant afternoon. The garden is fenced and equipped with an alarm for maximum security. Parking at the front of the property, closed by a gate, for up to three cars.
Located in the heart of the touristic Dordogne (Périgord Noir) - the listed villages of Beynac, Roque Gageac, Domme, Belves, the medieval town of Sarlat, the caves of Lascaux, Proumessac, Font de Gaume, the castles of Castlenaud, the Milandes etc etc ... are all accessible within a radius of 25 km. The Olivarie golf course (18 holes) is 5 km from the house. The Dordogne, where you can swim without risk, is 5 km from the house. The villages with all amenities of Siorac and Saint-Cyprien are equidistant of 4 km from the house.
