Mas de Bezenac is a holiday home for 10 people with a private pool in Bézenac, 3 km from Beynac. The house is on a hilltop with a breathtaking view. Manoir Bézenac consists of three large buildings and is an ideal accommodation for 8 to 10 guests. This makes it possible for a large family or group of friends to spend their holidays together, while everyone has their own space. There is also a separate bedroom with a shower unit and a separate entrance, ideal if you bring your babysitter during the holidays.

Description
The main house’s entrance leads into a spacious open plan living room, comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated with sofa and armchairs and a dining room area. The living room has retained many of the original features with exposed stone and beams, original wooden floor and a large opened fireplace. French window from the living leads into a good size fitted kitchen, well equipped with hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher.
The range of crockery, glass, cutlery and cooking utensils is very generous. Also on ground floor is a small bathroom with bath and sink and separated toilets. Upstairs, three bedrooms, a large bedroom with a double bed and valley view, and two smaller bedrooms with each two single beds share a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Cot and highchair are available on request. The laundry room, with washing machine, dryer and a small freezer is set in a adjacent stone building.
Off the upper courtyard is an attractively decorated bedroom with two single beds, incorporating an original stone sink, separate from the main part of the house. It has an en-suite shower and wc.
Few more stone steps lead to the “maison au toit de lauze” which consists of a very large open plan living, with exposed stone and beams and a huge original open fireplace. It is used as a games room for kids or as a TV salon. Also it offers a large double bed which can accommodate another two guests. From its terrace, you have breathtaking views of the Dordogne valley.
Outside
The large swimming pool (12x6m) with its paved surround takes also full advantage of the view. It is fenced and have a electric cover to keep it warm. The mature garden also enjoys the country view and offers the best of both worlds - a shady terrace to relax and dine with areas in full sunshine. Barbecue, outdoor furniture, deckchairs, parasol, private parking lot.

Mas de Bézenac is located in a large, secluded garden close to the famous village of Beynac, close to the Dordogne and Vezere, about 15km from Sarlat. The village is 3km and has
all essential stores and facilities. The children can walk around freely and safely here and you can walk here, go wild mushrooms in the woods and walk across the meadows, which are full of sheep.
Mas de Bézenac is an ideal place from which to discover the beautiful riverside villages such as Beynac with its magnificent fortress and castle and La Roque Gageac, built in the rock wall. The medieval Sarlat, the bastides Domme and Limeuil, where the River Dordogne and the river Vezere come together, Les Eyzies and the Vezere valley, are all at max 25km from the house. At 3 km is the picturesque town of St Cyprien, which has a colorful market on Sunday; there are also supermarkets, shops and restaurants.
