Petit Romantique is a characteristic holiday home with a cozy interior. The holiday home can accommodate 2 people and 1 child. The holiday home has also has a swimming pool that is private for most of the year! Only in high season, from mid July to mid August, are the nice owners in the larger holiday home and they also use the swimming pool. The holiday home is located in the middle of the Dordogne in the small and romantic village of Fanlac, with an excellent restaurant within walking distance.
Inside
The interior is decorated by a very talented interior designer and feels very comfortable. Upon arrival you will see a typical French courtyard with a beautiful swimming pool and a cozy seating area, where you can enjoy your breakfast with French bread and croissants of with a good glass of wine. By entry you will see the romantic bedroom with small en-suite bathroom. A door leads to the open kitchen and living room where you can relax or enjoy a delicious meal. Petit Romantique breathes an atmosphere and has everything for a relaxing holiday.
Exterior
A small but fully enclosed garden with swimming pool and there is parking for the car. The village of Fanlac is located near Montignac and Saint Leon sur Vezere, Sarlat is an absolute must to visit. Especially on Saturday there is the weekly market, where you can find everything.
Note:
Outside the high season, the owners may come for a long weekend, they live in Switzerland, but usually you are here completely alone and have your private pool!
The house is in a delightful rural setting, but it’s only 9 km from lively Montignac-sur-Vézère with its Wednesday and Saturday markets and all shops, 10 km from Saint Leon sur Vézère, 20 km from Sarlat (a huge Saturday market!), Brive, Les Eyzies – there’s lots of places to visit there, including the recently opened National Museum of Prehistory.
