The holiday home is a few kilometers away from Saint Lazare le Lardin, where the local shops are.
Description
A cozy living room with a lounge and beautiful old fireplace and separate adjoining kitchen. On the ground floor is a large bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 and a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a second bathroom.
Outside
The house is in a fantastic location on the outskirts of the village of Muquet. The pool is large and has a lowered section. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols available for a relaxing day at the pool. You can also dine outside with a barbecue. The garden is completely fenced. There is a restaurant within walking distance.
A restaurant within walking distance in La Bachellerie at 1 km. More shops and a weekly market in Le Lardin (6km). 5 Supermarkets and more extensive shopping and facilities in Terrasson (12km). The same distance to Hautefort with its magnificent château, and slightly further to pretty Montignac, close to the caves of Lascaux and other sites of prehistoric interest. In the vicinity there are many sites worthwhile to visit: like the castle of Hautefort, the gardens of Terrasson, the caves of Montignac. There is a shop, pharmacy, doctor and a tennis court in Saint Rabier 2 km.
