The large bright living room is installed in the veranda, with a view of the swimming pool and the private wooded park of 2,500 m², free from view! The dining room has a TV and a view of a fully equipped kitchen. A beautiful terrace with access to the dining room/kitchen.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed 160x200, TV, desk, ideal for TELEWORKING), private bathroom with toilet
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds 90x200. You can put these together to make a large bed of 180x200, TV, small sitting area, private bathroom with toilet
Bedroom 3 has a double bed 160x200 and a private bathroom with toilet.

Villa Cales Dordogne has a beautiful pool house with plancha, shower, toilet, refrigerator, water point and garden furniture, private infinity pool with separate shallow area for the little ones and where you can see a deer drinking with a bit of luck!
Pets allowed: 1 dog of max. 10kg
The owners' house is adjacent to the villa, but there will be no interaction between the owners and the guests. You have complete sole use of the house / garden and the swimming pool (private).
