This holiday villa is located in Castelnau Montratier, is spacious and has a luxurious and cozy atmosphere. The villa can accommodate 12 people (6 adults and 6 children + 2 babies). The pool is fully fenced and has a fantastic view of the green hills. The villa is equipped with all comforts!
This holiday home in the Lot is ideal for romantic getaways in the early and late season because of the super jacuzzi!
Shops, cafes and restaurants are about 5 km away in the village. You can walk around and go cycling. Only 10 km away is the golf course the Roucous Golf (9 holes).
Description
The villa has a large living room with a modern, luxury kitchen, a nice dining area and a seating area. Spacious living / dining kitchen opens onto a cozy terrace where you can relax, you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is underfloor heating on the ground floor. There are two large bedrooms with good double beds (160x200), a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
On the 1st floor there is air conditioning and 3rd double bedroom, a baby / children's bedroom with crib and changing table. A special large dormitory for several children, with 6 beds 90x190 and a real own play area with its own TV / DVD. A nice bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. An indoor spa can be used in spring and autumn. Additional costs will be charged. The indoorspa is not available in July and August. The house can accommodate up to six adults and six children (and 2 babies). Dogs are not permitted in July / August, but they are allowed outside these two months (maximum of 1 and € 50, -. will be charged for extra cleaning). In May, June and September there are discounts for 2 or 4 people.
Due to the high energy costs at the moment, we are forced to charge 50 euros per week.
Outside
The pool is 10m x 5m. You have from the terrace a beautiful view overlooking the hills. There are plenty of sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a lawn for children. The owner lives on the same terrain but use the pool only a few weeks per year and then only if you are not there or in consultation. The first two weeks of August are the owners on vacation and no one else makes use of the pool.
In the south of the Lot, right below the famous Dordogne region lies the village of Castelnau Montratier. Compared to the region of the Dordogne is in Lot more peace and quiet in an area of ancient villages. The area is hilly with lots of greenery.
