On a total area of 130m², the house offers a spacious and bright living room on the ground floor, which is divided into three different areas. There is a sitting area with large corner sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV. A dining area with table and 6 seats. A fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, stove 4 burners, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle...)
There are 3 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has a large double bed with 160 cm wide and a wardrobe. This bedroom has a private bathroom with shower and sink. Adjacent separate toilet.
There is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment and a large fridge/freezer complete this level.
On the first floor you will find the other bedrooms
Bedroom 2 has a double bed of 160 x 200 cm and a dresser.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds of 90 cm wide, which can be joined together on request to form a large bed of 180 cm wide. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. There is a separate toilet

Although Villa Cazenac is charming and comfortably furnished, you will undoubtedly spend most of your time outside, lulled by the songs of the birds and the sounds of nature. The large semi-covered wooden terrace is equipped with a table and comfortable garden furniture, so you can dine under the stars. A barbecue is available. In line with this, the private swimming pool of 9x4.5m invites you to take refreshing dips. For the comfort of our guests, the swimming pool is secured with an electric underwater hatch, treated with salt and heated from May to the end of September at a minimum of 25 degrees. There is a large garden of 5000m² and is bordered by forests and meadows. You can easily park 2 to 3 cars on site.
Changeover is on saturday in July and August- Flexible the rest of the year

It is just a 5-minute drive from the center of the village of Beynac-et-Cazenac, voted one of the most beautiful villages in France, with its huge medieval castle. Discover the village by wandering its narrow streets and appreciate its history. The village is situated on a rocky outcrop and offers fantastic views over the Dordogne River that flows at its feet. Located in the heart of the Valley of the Five Castles, all major tourist attractions are within a radius of 20 km. Discover the castles of Beynac, Castelnaud, Marqueyssac and Les Milandes, (former home of Josephine Baker), and the beautiful villages of La Roque Gageac, Domme and Castelnaud. The beautiful medieval town of Sarlat, classified as "city of art and history", is just 10 km away. You can also explore the center of the earth by visiting the caves of Padirac and Proumeyssac and discovering the prehistoric dwellings that are numerous in the region. For sports enthusiasts, the Dordogne and Vezere rivers offer a wide choice of activities: swimming, canoeing, boat trips...
