The villa, called Duxcaar, has a private heated swimming pool and there is a small fenced plot with a dog house. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so plenty of space for a pleasant and very luxurious holiday.
Description
Villa Duxcaar is a beautiful large holiday villa with a living area of 230m². There is a main house and an outbuilding 60m² with an extra bathroom. You can rent the outbuilding separately. If you are interested, ask about the possibilities.
There is a large dining room with a kitchen and a living room (air-conditioned) with fireplace, large TV, library and access to the terraces and the pool. The furnishing consists of a mix of antique and modern furniture that provides an attractive atmosphere. Traditional French country kitchen gives direct access to the terrace with the barbecue. The kitchen is also equipped with a large American fridge, dishwasher, separate utility room with wine fridge, washing machine and dryer.
There are 4 spacious bedrooms
Bedroom 1, the master bedroom is located on the first floor and is equipped with a double box-spring bed, and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, bidet, double sink and a large walk-in closet. This bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.
Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are located on the ground floor and share the 2nd bathroom with a bath, shower and double sink.
Bedroom 2 is the orange bedroom and has a queen-size bed 160x200 and a built-in wardrobe
Bedroom 3 is the beige bedroom and also has a queen-size bed 160x200 and a granite desk, TV and a built-in wardrobe
Bedroom 4 is the blue bedroom and has a double bed 180x200 and a built-in wardrobe.
There are 3 fans and all windows are fitted with mosquito nets to keep the insects out
Next to the main house there is a completely renovated outbuilding 60m². The highlight of this building is a very large snooker table and the air conditioning. In addition, there is a fireplace, a small shower room and a large kitchen including a large oven, fridge including freezer and dishwasher and a separate terrace of 20m².

Access to this room with snooker table. Normally we charge EUR 60 for cleaning, but if you leave the room clean, we do not charge for it.

Outside
The villa has its own private heated swimming pool of 5x10m. Heating of the swimming pool is done via solar energy, an ecological solution. At the pool you will find new, very exclusive sun loungers. There is also a new high table tennis table that you can use. The house is located in a rural area and surrounded by forests. This allows you to enjoy various whistling concerts of owls and all kinds of other birds all day long and if you are lucky you will find one or more deer in the garden.
In the garden you will also find a petanque court. This should of course not be missed. In the garden there is a doghouse with shady and sunny places for your beloved animal. The fenced plot of land is 100 m², so you can keep your dog in a safe and cozy environment. The doghouse can be seen from the terrace. You can also keep your dog safe here for a longer period of time while you enjoy delicious meals in a nearby restaurant. The total area is 22,800 m², of which 10,000 m² is fenced with an electric fence. Please note that smaller dogs can pass under this and escape.

The 20,000m² estate has its own woodland, large lawns, fruit trees and an adjacent walnut tree plantation and is located approximately 2 minutes west of Chateau de Bannes. Enjoy the absolute tranquility, perhaps the visit of a deer in the garden, many birds and an intact environment. Beaumont is located in the heart of the Périgord. From here you can reach all the highlights of the Périgord very centrally, be it one of the many caves, the monasteries and churches of the French part of the Way of Saint James (UNESCO World Heritage) or the many castles and palaces. The central location of the villa allows excursions from Rocamadour in the east to the Atlantic Ocean and Bordeaux in the west.
