It is ideal for a family or two couples! There are also two bathrooms. The rooms are all attractively and carefully furnished. There is air conditioning throughout the holiday home, which is ideal for warmer days.
Outside
Outside you will find yourself in Mediterranean atmospheres. The wooden terrace, which is adorned by a pergola, is a lovely place where you can sit in the shade as well as in the glorious sun. In the summer you will spend the whole day here. Think of a delicious breakfast, lunch in the shade of the roof and an extensive barbecue in the evening. While you rest and look out over the rolling green fields by the pool, the children can have hours of fun in the water and on the lawn. You have a beautiful view of an old mill just 400 meters away. You also have a beautiful view from the front of the house, even on a clear day you can see the snow-capped mountains of the Auvergne.
Located in the heart of the touristic Dordogne (Périgord Noir) - the listed villages of Beynac, Roque Gageac, Domme, Belves, the medieval town of Sarlat, the caves of Lascaux, Proumessac, Font de Gaume, the castles of Castlenaud, the Milandes etc etc ... are all accessible within a radius of 25 km. The Olivarie golf course (18 holes) is 5 km from the house. The Dordogne, where you can swim without risk, is 5 km from the house. The villages with all amenities of Siorac and Saint-Cyprien are equidistant of 4 km from the house.
