Villa Iris is a luxurious holiday home for 6 people.
The ground floor has a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen and is fully equipped. Through the sliding doors you have access to a shady pergola and sunny enclosed garden with greenery. Through the beautiful living room you also have access to a utility room with all desired equipment, such as a second combination refrigerator, a washing machine, dryer and storage space. You will also find a beautiful bedroom with an adjustable (headboard and footboard) double bed and a wheelchair-friendly bathroom with toilet.
On the first floor you will also find 2 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is plenty of cupboard space, a second toilet and a large second bathroom. If desired, a safety gate for children can be placed at the top of the stairs.

Under the pergola you can have a wonderful barbecue on the stone barbecue and the garden offers all the sun and play fun you could wish for. The house also has a spacious front garden with parking for 2 cars.
The holiday park has 2 swimming pools (the indoor pool 12x3m and the open-air pool 12x5m), one of which is especially for toddlers, and offers numerous facilities and areas for sports and games. The luxury houses and apartments are fully furnished and accessible to wheelchair users. The holiday homes are suitable for couples and families. The children will have a great time in the playground and swimming pool, where parents can enjoy the beautiful surroundings and sights. The castles of Castelnaud, Beynac, Milandes (Josephine Baker) and Marqueyssac (with gardens) are all within cycling distance of Parc Les Marrons. By car 5 to 10 minutes (Beynac). Castelnaud Castle is a real experience for children. Knights come to life there.
