Villa La Faure can be reached from the front terrace. The large hall has a marble floor. The very large, bright living room, two double doors leading to the terrace and a large window overlooking the grounds, all with shutters. The comfortable living room has a large sofa, side table, an antique wooden table for entertainment, a wood burning stove and a large flat screen Hi Definition TV, connected to a satellite dish offering multiple TV channels. The large solid wood table with eight chairs is perfect for a family meal. The separate kitchen is very well equipped and equipped with a gas/electric oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, sink, soft-close cupboards, coffee maker and cutlery.

Bedroom 1 is a large bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm and a large wardrobe, flat screen TV and direct access to the front and rear terraces

These bedrooms share a small but useful shower room with shower and sink. There is a separate toilet
Bedroom 3 is the master bedroom with private bathroom and is located on the first floor. It is elegantly furnished with a king size bed, bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers and flat screen TV.
There is a sofa that converts into a 140cm sofa bed, so it can sleep two children. The large complete bathroom is very stylish with a bath, a shower with rain shower head and separate shower head, double sink and hairdryer. And a separate toilet. The laundry room, with washing machine, iron and ironing table, is located in the lower garage. You can also store bicycles there.

The beautiful pool is perfect for relaxing and enjoying lazy afternoons! It is secured with two alarms and equipped with 4 sun loungers. The covered summer kitchen is located near the swimming pool and is ideal for having lunch outside and enjoying a glass of wine with friends. It is equipped with a large wooden table, 8 chairs and a built-in barbecue. There are lights and sockets for you to plug the stereo into. The mature garden offers flat lawns, a French petanque field and a table tennis table. There is external parking for up to 3 cars.
Villa La Faure is located in a quiet area of the market town of Le Bugue with all the local shops, colored markets, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The Vezere River, where you can enjoy kayaking, is in the city center and the Dordogne River is just 5 km away.
You can easily walk to many family tourist attractions such as Le Village du Bournat (an amusement park that showcases quintessential old France), one of France's largest private freshwater aquariums, the Alligator Park where you can feed baby alligators, a 'Prehistoric Labyrinth' and much more more!
Located in the Golden Dordogne Triangle, Le Bugue is the ideal place to explore the surrounding area, and both the Dordogne Valley (the medieval town of Sarlat, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, with no fewer than 5 villages declared a of the most beautiful villages in France, hundreds of castles, of which those of Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes, the most famous, but also gardens, colored markets, brocantes, canoe trips...) and the Vezere Valley (Les Eyzies, capital of the Prehistory, La Roque St. Christophe, St Léon su Vezee, the caves of fond de Gaume, Lascaux etc etc...)...
