Le Cayrat is a detached holiday villa for 8 people with heated private pool located in Calamane and it has fantastic views over the hills and forests. The perfect place for a vacation with 1 or 2 families. Along the beautiful river the Lot you will discover fantastic medieval villages and wine castles. Meet the "Malbec", a deliciously powerful wine from this region.
Description
The villa has a spacious dining room with open kitchen, a spacious lounge with a large leather corner sofa and 2 armchairs. There is a lot of natural light through the many windows, all equipped with electric shutters so you can play with the light and heat, according to your needs.
On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms
1 bedroom with a double bed 160cm
1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90cm
1 bedroom has a bunk bed 90cm
A bathroom with bath, walk in shower and 2 sinks, a separate toilet, a laundry / ironing room.
In the cellar is the 4th bedroom with double bed 160cm, washbasin and walk-in shower. A separate toilet, the garage and the private cellars makes this floor complete.
Outside
Next to the kitchen is a closed (fence) terrace of +/- 50m² with a large mashed BBQ. The garden +/- 3350m² is partially fenced. In the garden is the heated private pool with poolhouse. A lovely place to relax in the sun or shade. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets are not allowed.

Calamane is located 10 km from Cahors (20,000 inhab. - Capital Lot) and is also an ideal starting point to visit the many attractions of the Lot.
Shops and a tennis court in Espère (3km), bank, post office, and the market in Merquès (5km). In Cahors: Leclerc, a large supermarket, Lidl and many other shops. You are located 3 km from the river Lot, which expands in Caix / Luzech (8km) with opportunities for swimming, sailing, pedal boating and canoeing (rental).
Catus (7 km) also has a beautiful lake with surfboards and pedalo rental. The beautiful city of Cahors is 10 km from the house.
