This detached, new holiday home is on one level and very comfortable. The interior is very light due to the many windows, very well maintained and equipped with a beautiful tiled floor. Living room with a sitting area, TV (satellite with Dutch channels), DVD, Home Cinema Set and patio doors to veranda. Open, modern fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, solo oven, coffee maker, kettle and dining area.

1 bedroom has a double bed, the other bedrooms have 2 single beds, which can also be pushed together. Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, separate (second) toilet.
Each bedroom has 2.00 m long beds and single duvets. In the storage room is the washing machine, dryer, sunbeds to relax on the terrace or by the pool.
Outside
Garden of 2500m2. When you enjoy the sun on your terrace with barbecue and sunbeds, you look out over the spacious grass/garden. There is a beautiful heated private swimming pool of 5mx12m. It is possible to play badminton on the grass or to kick a ball and boules. If you want to relax in the shade, you can enjoy the view around the house or under the veranda from the sun, while sitting in the luxurious furniture.
Within walking distance (500m) of the Dordogne River, where you will find several beaches and canoeing possibilities. The property is surrounded by shrubs, trees and meadows with the village Envaux and the larger St. Cyprien in the background. Apart from the attractions Domme, Beynac and Sarlat (within 13 km), the Périgord Noir, has so much more to offer. There is a bakery and small supermarket in Castelnaud (5 km) and in St Cyprien is a large supermarket (7 km). Château des Milandes is just 1.5 km from the villa. This castle, dating from the 15th century, was for years the home of the famous singer and actress Josephine Baker. Around the castle, where her work is being exposed, is a beautiful garden where falconry shows are given. The nearby Château de Castelnaud is a beautiful fully restored castle from 1200 with a war museum and a beautiful view over the Dordogne. On the battlements of the castle are catapults, with which prisoners were shot away alive.
