Villa Les Bruqettes is entirely ground floor and has a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, overlooking the garden and the terrace. The living room is equipped with a leather corner sofa, coffee table, large flat screen and wifi. The dining area consists of a wooden table and six chairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and microwave. The washing machine, dryer, iron and table are available in the garage.
On the other side of the villa are the 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, large built-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2 also has a double bed a large built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 consists of 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a family bathroom with a bathtub and sink. There is a separate toilet.

The garden is completely fenced and overgrown with grass and is ideal for children to play in. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs for alfresco dining. The private swimming pool, 5 x 3 meters and has a depth of 1.2 meters to 1.60 meters. Enjoy the sun all day. For the safety of the children there is a manually operated deck, and the pool is heated from April to October. There is a large fenced area at the front of the house to park 2 cars. The private garage is suitable for storage and it is possible to park a car.
Changeover day is flexible throughout the year. 10 days min. in August / 7 days min. in July / 4 days in middle and low seasons
The villa is ideally located near Sarlat and ideal for exploring all the must-see of the Dordogne.
The center of Sarlat, with shops and restaurants, is 1.5 km from the house. The medieval city, classified by UNESCO, with so much to see and a fantastic market that is twice a week.
