Villa Montayral is a beautiful holiday home located in a rural area with a fantastic view over the rolling countryside. Villa Montayral is really the perfect place for large groups or for families / friends who like to go on holiday together but also want some privacy from time to time.

Description
Villa Montayral consists of a very beautiful large holiday home and 2 separate gites. The main house has a very attractive living room where you can enjoy a wonderful holiday together (up to 17 people). Enjoy the view, the peace and quiet here, but you can also play jeu de boule or ping pong together or relax on the covered or open terrace.
The main house offers ample space for 8 people (with possibly 2 babies) and both gites are suitable for 4 people and are located independently behind the main house. The price in the early and late season is based on the main house only (maximum 8 people).
Main house
The main house has a spacious open sitting area with DVD, TV, stereo (radio / CD) and dining area. A wide staircase leads to the semi-open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 6 burner electric stove, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer combination. A smaller refrigerator is still available in the other corner of the kitchen.
On the ground floor you will also find a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. There are a total of 8 bedrooms in Villa Montayral.
Bedroom 1 is also on the ground floor with two single beds (80 x 190cm). There is also a cot and a high chair available.

Bedroom 2 with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and an extra single bed.
Bedroom 3 with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and an extra single bed.

Gites
Both gites are divided as follows. They have an open kitchen with microwave, electric stove, dishwasher and all cooking and eating utensils.
In gite 1 you will find Bedroom 5, which is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with bath and shower, sink and toilet, all spacious enough so that wheelchair users can also stay here. On the first floor you will find bedroom 6 on the mezzanine with 2 x single bed and sitting area with sofa.
In gite 2 you will also find a bedroom 7 with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate room with toilet and sink. On the first floor you will find bedroom 8 on the mezzanine with 2 x single bed and sitting area with sofa.

Outside
The beautiful garden is no less than 4000 m². The large heated swimming pool is located next to the main house. The view is very wide and includes meadows, woods and views. There are cozy places everywhere where you can relax on one of the sun loungers around the pool or on one of the garden furniture.

There is a charging station for electric cars.

The area offers something for everyone: cozy villages with food and flea markets. You can enjoy hiking and cycling in the area, but also visit a local winery and visit the cities of Cahors, Montauban, Agen or Villeneuve sur Lot.
