The large garden includes more than 1 hectare, and most of it is forest. It is the ideal place for children to play! The beautiful terrace is equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining while you enjoy the panoramic views. The large pool has roman steps and is so situated that you can enjoy the sun all day. The pool is completely fenced for the safety of the children and has lounge chairs and umbrellas. There are large spaces in front of the house to park for up to 6 cars. There is also a garage where you can park 3 cars.

Visit markets and flea markets. Canoeing on the Dordogne or Vézère river. If you like walking, water sports, horse-riding or cycling, and want to test your limits, you'll find what you're looking for in the hills and valleys that are so much part of the Périgord region. For walkers there are many footpaths. For golfers, there is a 18 hole beautiful golf course just nearby.
