The mezzanine has been converted into a living room with TV/office, ideal for the children. All rooms are spacious and bright. A baby cot, high chair, stroller and baby bath are at your disposal.

There is a beautiful dressing room of 2m x 1m. 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. All rooms overlook the outdoor terrace and swimming pool.
Outside
The shaded terrace is the ideal place to enjoy family meals with a plancha at your disposal. This terrace is very pleasant for dining with a view of the setting sun and opens onto the garden and pool with beautiful views. You will enjoy the swimming pool and the various outdoor areas, petanque court, basketball hoop.

At your disposal a fitness room overlooking the garden, board games, tennis rackets (a brand new court is available in the village).
In the village of La Bachellerie there is a supermarket with a bread shop, a tobacco bar, a health center (physiotherapist, doctor, cardiologist), a pharmacy, a hairdresser, a post office, a petrol station, a farm selling foie gras. The nearest supermarket is in Thenon, 5 km away. The brand new municipal tennis court of La Bachellerie is 2 km from the house at the bottom of the village; the track is open to visitors. At 10 km you will find Montignac, a charming town located on the banks of the Vézère, in Montignac you will find activities for everyone: canoeing on the river, walks, good restaurants, the local producers' market on Wednesday mornings and a night market on Monday evenings from July to September.
