In a green setting you can look out over the surrounding countryside and enjoy the shops, bars and restaurants and the large weekly market of St-Cyprien which is just a few hundred meters away.The house has three large double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, and a fourth bedroom for 2 to 6 additional guests.It is ideal for couples or large families traveling together. The fireplace and efficient electric heating also provide you with the necessary comfort for rentals in the low season.
The garden level consists of:
- a first double bedroom (160 wide bed) with private bathroom and adjacent toilet.
The ground floor offers:
- a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric hobs, refrigerator, freezer.
- a beautiful living room, comfortably furnished with dining area and relaxation area (fireplace, TV, satellite, radio cassette, DVD player). Through the glass door of the living room you have access to a large terrace, from where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the village of Saint-Cyprien and the surrounding countryside.
- a bedroom with a double bed (160 wide) and a bathroom with bath and toilet.
Upstairs is:
- a third double bedroom (160 wide bed)
- the fourth bedroom, with two bunk beds
- a shower room with toilet.

Even though the house is fantastically furnished, you will largely live outside in the summer. Villa Saint Cyprien has a beautiful private swimming pool of 4x8 meters (open from June to the end of September) where you can spend most of your time. The swimming pool is equipped with plenty of sun loungers, sunbeds and parasols so you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The pool is secured with a hard cover to prevent young children from falling into it. The garden offers 1500 m² of lawn, ideal for playing football or just relaxing. The terrace overlooks the garden and is equipped with a large dining table, chairs and a barbecue for outdoor dining! You can park up to 4 cars in the parking lot.
Changeover day is flexible - 10 days minimum in August, 7 days in july, 4 days in mid and low seasons
