The kitchen contains a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator including freezer, stove and coffee maker. The living room has a comfortable sofa with TV. The dining table has enough space for 8 people. High chair and toddler chair are available.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has a built-in wardrobe and two single beds. This room is adjacent to the outside terrace and overlooks the rear garden.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and built-in wardrobe. This room is located at the front of the house, overlooking the front garden.
Bedroom 3 is a children's bedroom and has a bunk bed (max. 80kg) and also overlooks the rear garden. This room also has a single bed.
Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds (or 1 double bed).
There are 2 luxurious bathrooms. 1 has a walk-in shower and the other bathroom has a bath. Towel set with pool towel can be rented. In the high season and during the holiday periods the rental unit is per week.

The entire garden is fenced and closed with an automated gate. The spacious garden features a heated swimming pool. This pool has an automated roller shutter and a child-resistant staircase. Next to the pool is a shower with hot and cold water. The garden has a trampoline, picnic table, terrace, charcoal barbecue, rotary dryer, sunbeds and parasol. There is also an indoor and/or outdoor ping pong table and a boules court.
The house is also fully equipped for the children, not just a cool tree house. For the youngest children there are craft supplies, games, books, a chalkboard and pool toys.
