Villa Saint Martin is a large holiday home for 10 people with a heated private swimming pool and jacuzzi in the Dordogne.
There is a fully equipped open kitchen with designer table and chairs. A sliding door opens to the terrace with awning. The living room has a leather sofa with fireplace, flat screen smart TV with Netflix. There is WiFi everywhere and use of Bluetooth music.
There are a total of 5 bedrooms
3 bedrooms have a door, 1 of which has a sauna.
2 bedrooms are located on the mezzanine floor.
There is air conditioning in the living room and in the upstairs bedroom.
There are 2 large bathrooms with designer bath, double sink, walk-in shower. 2 separate toilets. The villa is very child-friendly because of the many toys and games for children of all ages.
Outside
Villa Saint Martin has a lovely garden with several terraces, some are covered, the other terraces are in the sun. The garden is decorated with tropical plants, but there is also grassland where children can play. There are a number of swings and a tent to play in and nearby is a playground with table tennis, football field and village tennis court. Villa Saint Martin has a lovely private swimming pool 4x8m, 1.5 m deep, salt water, with a play/reading area in shallow water. The swimming pool is secured with a water alarm - the wooden terrace attached to the house (with outdoor lounges and dining table) offers wide panoramic views. In addition, a barbecue is available.
In the early and late season the rate is based on 4 people. Maximum number of people is 10. For each additional person, 20 euros per night is charged.
At the request of the landlord, the precise location of the villa will be released after booking the accommodation.
