Villa Siorac is a spacious architect's house situated in the picturesque village of Siorac-en-Périgord, with shops and restaurants, at the crossroads of the Dordogne and Vézère valleys.
Villa Siorac has recently been completely renovated to a high standard. The charm of the old stones combines with the most modern equipment, including air conditioning in all rooms and new quality bedding.
Outside you can enjoy the large landscaped garden, the beautiful terrace and the new private pool, promising wonderful moments with family or friends.

Villa Siorac consists of 2 floors and has a total surface area of more than 230m²
On terrace level you will find a beautiful living room of 70 m², the real heart of the house, with more than 6 meters high ceiling, of which the enormous French windows. There is a fully equipped semi-open kitchen with a dining area for indoor dining. The spacious living room where the sofa; armchairs and coffee table are elegantly placed around the large fireplace, available for the cooler evenings.
There are 5 bedrooms in total
The 1st sleeping area is located on this level with:
Bedroom 1 is a children's room with three single beds, a desk and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 is a beautiful master suite with a double bed of 160 cm, wardrobe/cupboard storage.
This bedroom has a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
From the living room, the beautiful chestnut spiral staircase leads to a large mezzanine where a second lounge with multiple functions is set up. You can read one of the many books in the library, watch a film on TV, work at the large glass desk, rest comfortably on the sofa; and even sleep there, the space offers an extra bed for two guests.
Adjacent you will find a second bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.
A second toilet with sink is accessible on the living room level.
The rest of the sleeping area is located on the ground floor of the house where 3 other beautiful bedrooms and a new bathroom have been created:
Bedroom 3 offers a 160cm x 200cm bed and a beautiful solid oak wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 4 also has a 160cm x 200cm double bed and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 5 also offers a 160cm x 200cm double bed, a desk and a wardrobe.
They share a beautiful bathroom with tiled shower, sink and toilet.
A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing set, second fridge and storage space completes the more than generous equipment of the house.

Villa Siorac has a beautiful private garden of 5000 m², which invites children to play long games of hide and seek and adults to laze and daydream in one of the romantic corners. The private swimming pool is the place for young and old for a wonderful afternoon of swimming after returning from the many excursions that the immediate area offers. Of size 4.5 x 9 m and depth of 150 cm and a hard cover for safety. It is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Located in the extension of the living room, the beautiful terrace offers a large dining table for 12 people, a parasol and a gas barbecue. The parking for two to three vehicles is available on the property itself, closed by a gate. Possibility to park two to three other vehicles outside the house or on the upper part of the garden.
Changeover day is flexible all over the year : 4 days min. in low and mid season / 7 days min. in July / 10 days in August
Villa Siorac is perfectly located in a quiet street in the small picturesque village of Siorac-en-Périgord, on the banks of the Dordogne.
You will find in Siorac all shops, a supermarket, a small colorful market, bars and very good restaurants. The river, for swimming and canoeing, is less than 1 km from the house. Golfers will find their happiness at the Forge golf course (9 holes) and at the Olivarie gold (18 holes), both within walking distance of the house!
