There is a charming kitchen with modern appliances and a solid wooden dresser, farmhouse table and chairs. The cozy lounge has comfortable sofas that invite you to relax. There is a TV that is only suitable for DVDs watching. Both rooms open onto the terrace. Ideal for outdoor living during the summer months. Next to the kitchen, is the shower room with a sink and a washing machine. The shower cabin and toilet complete the bathroom. On the other side of the living room is the children's room with two single beds, a wardrobe and two chairs. Please note that there is no window but a door to the garden. The master bedroom is located above the kitchen and is accessible via a wooden staircase. Beautifully furnished with a large double bed (160 cm), bedside tables, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a dressing table. A portable air conditioning unit provides cool air during the warm summer evenings.

The arrival at the house is via a forest road, which then leads to the open space, bathed in sunlight. The covered terrace is ideal for a relaxing lunch in the summer or to relax on the sun loungers. The second terrace is the ideal place for sunbathing while looking out over the beautiful view over the Dordogne valley. There is parking for 1 to 2 cars.
Changeover day is flexible, 4 days in Mid season / 7 days in July / 10 days in August
Only 3.2 km away you will find the villages Siorac and Périgord with its 18-hole golf course and the medieval village of Saint-Cyprien, where there is a weekly market on Sunday morning.
You can enjoy canoeing on the river Dordogne, but also fishing, swimming or sunbathing in the afternoons. Other activities are within reach such as horseback riding, tennis, golf and bicycle rental. Sights are endless with many surrounding medieval towns and villages, castles and prehistoric caves to explore.
